SHIPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use a variety of shipping methods including UPS, USPS, and ePacket. The method used is determined by product and customer location. If you prefer a specific carrier, please let us know in the “notes” section during checkout and we will contact you before processing the order. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. However, some restrictions may apply depending the country. Generally speaking, we ship to most countries.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders placed with free shipping and our standard $5 shipping will typically arrive within a couple of weeks. However, there is no guaranteed timeframe with these shipping options. If your order does not arrive within 20 days, we will issue a full refund.

Expedited shipping methods, when available, should arrive by the express option chosen once the order has shipped.

Missing Package?

If you believe your order has gone missing, contact us immediately at orders@mensunderwear.io so we can help you resolve the issue. Missing packages must be reported within 30 days of the date shipped.

How Do I Track My Shipment?

Once we have processed your order, you will receive an “Order Completion” email that will contain tracking information along with your order details. You can also check your order status by clicking on Order Tracking under the Shop menu.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted and will be processed through PayPal. 

Is Buying Online Safe?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and we employ SSL encryption (https) throughout our website. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

Simply browse through our product selection, click on a product to select available options (size, color, etc.) then click “Add to Cart”. Once you have finished shopping, click on “Checkout” to complete the order. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you have not yet submitted payment, simply click on “cancel”. If payment has already been submitted, please contact us immediately at orders@mensunderwear.io. Depending on where your order is at in processing, we may not be able to cancel or change the order. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope. You can simply order as a guest. However, we do suggest that you create an account to easy keep track of your purchases as well as faster checkouts. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once we have processed your order, you will receive an “Order Completion” email that will contain tracking information along with your order details. You can also check your order status by clicking on Order Tracking under the Shop menu.

How Can I Return a Product?

Due to the nature of the items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear that has been opened. Would you trust underwear that had some stranger’s junk in them?

We suggest you consult the sizing chart for each product to help avoid any dissatisfaction. Individual brands may fit differently so it is always a good idea to check measurements first. 

Returns within 30 days will only be accepted for items returned unopened and still in their factory sealed packaging (packaging, bags, and tags must be intact). Please contact us to receive a return authorization number BEFORE returning any product.
